Made on the Beach,
Not in a Factory

Shape of Shannon's began in a small workshop just behind Ingu Beach in Yangyang, South Korea. Every morning at dawn we check the surf, and that day's swell direction and period decide which boards we shape that week.

Instead of mass-producing boards, we start by asking about the rider's weight, skill level, and home break, then hand-shape the rails and rocker to match. That's why even the same model comes out slightly different with every order.
